Returns & Exchanges
Return policy
We understand the importance of satisfaction with your purchase. That’s why we offer a flexible 30-day return or exchange policy. Should you decide to return an item, we’ll promptly process a refund in the original form of payment, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you.
Return terms
Choice is Yours! Whether you prefer an exchange or a full refund, we’ve got you covered. We’ll promptly process refunds to the same credit card, debit card, gift certificate, or other payment methods used initially.
Shipping Simplified: While return shipping costs will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund, Just Audio can provide a convenient UPS Authorized Return Shipping label for a modest fee of $12 per package plus the label cost, ensuring a seamless return experience for you.
Like-new condition. Just Audio may refuse a customer return or charge a restocking fee when the returned item is not like new. Conditions that will lead to refused returns or restocking fees include when the returned item has:
- A different serial number than the one Just Audio originally shipped.
- Missing parts or the original product packing material.
- Damage because it was improperly packaged for return shipment.
- Been heavily used
- Damage from drops, spilled liquid, or mishandling

Return process
- Get a Return Authorization
To start a return call 410-882-4360. A Just Audio Support representative will be happy to help.
- Pack your items carefully
Returned items must be new and in the original packaging, complete with all original accessories and manuals. To protect products in shipping, Just Audio over-boxes most products. Please use the original over-box and the manufacturer’s packaging.
- Attach the shipping label
For most returns, you will receive a UPS Authorized Return Service (ARS) shipping label along with your return authorization number. Remove or completely cover up the original labels, then securely tape one completed ARS label to each package.
- Give the package to UPS
Take it to any official UPS drop-off site. For the location nearest you, call 1.800.742.5877 or visit www.ups.com.
We will notify you: We will email you confirming that the return was processed.
We will process your exchange or refund. After we receive your return, we normally process your exchange or refund within 2 business days (M-F). If you paid over the phone with a credit card, we will contact you via phone before processing the transaction. Once we issue a refund, the funds are typically available in your bank account within 5 business days. (Some banks or financial institutions may take longer.)
Repairs
Diagnostic Fee
A diagnostic fee of $100 is required. While this fee is non-refundable as it covers our technicians’ evaluation efforts, it will be credited towards any subsequent repair on your unit. If you’re in a hurry, we also provide a $75 RUSH service, ensuring your equipment gets priority attention and is evaluated within 5 business days of being dropped off. Please note, this expedited fee is separate and won’t be credited towards the repair cost.
Leadtime
Our technicians currently have a lead time of about 6 weeks for evaluations. Kindly factor in a few more days for in-depth troubleshooting and sourcing of parts. After their assessment, our staff will reach out to you with a repair estimate.
Warranty
All our repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and labor. However, any additional parts required beyond the initial repair during the warranty period may incur extra charges.
